Codie Baker serves as the Strategic Initiative Coordinator for Surviving 3.6 Inc. Codie read the story of the founder, Tammy Steele and began to follow her on social media. She became compassionate and empathetic towards her story in the tragic lost of her daughter, Tamara. She reflected back on the tragic loss of her older brother and often wondered if an organization like Surviving 3.6 was available to assist her mother in what she believed to be "silent struggles". Perhaps someone to embrace her or even a therapist to speak with to help manage her pain.
Codie received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Faulkner University. She is a thriving entrepreneur who loves balloon art and decorating. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, crafts, and spending time with her family. Codie is a member of Aimwell Missionary Baptist Church.
