Erica Hall, MSW
Erica Hall serves as the Program Director for Surviving 3.6 Inc. Erica has been in this position since 2022. She is dedicated to providing compassion and emotional support to surviving mothers who have lost a child to tragedy. Erica is also a surviving mother. Her daughter Gabrielle "Gabby" was born in 2020 with a genetic disorder, Trisomy 18. Gabby gained her wings when she was only 2 1/2 months old. This firsthand experience has made Erica deeply aware of the need for support and guidance for other bereaved mothers directing the complex emotions of grief and trauma. Erica has found solace with other surviving mothers who have lost a child through tragedy.
When Erica is not working with the organization, she is a full-time social worker. She earned her MSW from the University of Alabama. Erica has been working in the field of social work for 23 years. She has worked with children and adults. Erica will use her experience as a social worker to facilitate the Momma and Mocktails group for other surviving mothers. In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her three children Jalon, Caitlyn, and Raegan.
